Just a quick hello to introduce myself and my newest bird, Pen. Pen is a 4 yr old Ducorp Cockatoo. He has had one previous owner and was given to me when the owner's life did not allow her to continue to give him the best life he could get. Pen has had some wonderful groundwork established as far as manners and I am quite pleased to say that he is relatively quiet for a cockatoo. He steps up well and will return to his perch when I tell him to. He has a very sweet nature and I am looking forward to starting to train him. I hope to find this forum a good place for suggestions and encouragement.

An umbrella~~ sounds like you have a great feathered companion.I luv the mixture of the yellow under wing and the salmon color. There beautiful birds.
