Hello from Indianapolis

Hello, my wife and I got bird fever about 9 months ago with a pair of lovebirds. We now have 2 Greater Vasa Parrots; Moses and Eva, 4 Sun Conures; Rio, Skittles, Angel, and Coocoo, 2 Black-Faced Lovebirds, 9 Peach Faced Lovebirds, and 2 Parokeets. We also have a breeding pair of Great Vasa Parrot's on the way in 3 weeks if all goes well. Look forward to learning from the group, sharing our family, and taking our FID journey forward together. Welcome to the forums. Thats a lot of birds in a short space of time, sounds like hard work getting to know them all lol. Don't you have the lovebirds any more as they aren't listed in your profile?
Looking forward to hearing your adventures with your birds, especially the vasas as I don't know alot about them.

Whoa! You have Vasas? What are they like? Are they as quiet and tame as dogs (not overly favouring one person) as people say? Is the average lifespan 40 years? Do they talk well/shout a lot? Am I asking too many questions? Vasas Are Awesome!!!!
