No idea, since we don't know where you are, where you are keeping them etc we cannot possibly attempt to diagnose the problem. We don't even know how old these chicks are. I would recommend taking them to an avian vet or phoning an experienced grey breeder for advice.

What? I don't understand what you are trying to say but if the chicks are not opening their beaks, they are very sick. Please take them to an avian vet ASAP because lack of feeding response means death.

Please seek veterinary advice. Preferably a vet who specialises in birds.

36 degrees is not that hot for them because their body temperature is higher than ours but they do need good ventilation and a box with holes would not provide this so take them out of there and put them in a cage lined with towels for softness and keep the cage in a cool, shady place. Try to get some probiotics (human probiotics are OK in a pinch) and add them to the formula -I don't know what you are feeding but I would imagine it's not a good quality commercial formula so, most likely, there is an element of malnutrition there, too (I hope you are not giving them any meat or milk products!)
