Postby greekparrotlover » Mon Jul 08, 2013 7:46 am

Hello everybody, i am from Greece and i found your forum by google, searching information about rainbow lorikeets.
I like your forum from a first side of mine, it is cool and i see many birds parrot owners here, that they keep a variety of parrot spieces.
Now i have 4 parrots.
3 senegals (2 females * 1 male) and a cockatiel (male).
Very soon i am getting new parrots, that i am going to show you, so i can have your opinion about them. :) thanks a lot...i appreciate you all. :senegal: :senegal: :senegal: :greycockatiel:

Hello from Colorado, US! I have a Senegal, 2 cockatiels and 2 Sun conures. I love all my feathered babies but my Senegal Jasper is his Momma's little lover boy! He is SO cuddly, I've never had another bird that was this much of a snuggler. Along with it, though, he's very jealous of the other birds and he resents it when he doesn't get my attention all for himself (of course with 5 birds that just isn't possible). How do yours do with other Senegals? I wondered if part of Jasper's resentment of the others was them being different species.

And what kinds of new birds are you getting?

Best regards from Colorado - Mandy :senegal: :greycockatiel: :sun: :pied: :sun:

Hello and thanks...my 3 senegals are getting along really fine....but i cannot say the same about my cockatiel too.
It is not friendly with my senegals and the same goes for the senegals, towards it.
So when i have them all out of their cage,to fly or to play,i always keep an eye on them.
By the way i love sun conures, despite being noisy birds haha.

Hello to you in Greece! And welcome!

I spent a weekend in Rodos in 2011 and it was a beautiful area, but sadly that is the only area of Greece that I know.

I hope you enjoy the message boards!
