I'm new to the forum and to owning birds.
A few weeks ago I was visiting my inlaws. They have quite a few birds. 2 double yellow headed amazons, an african grey and a cocatoo, They had just gotten a new bird and he seemed to take up with me from the first day, talking to me every time I walked by and so my sister in law decided to give him to me.
His name is Gizmo, he is a Blue Crown Conure and according to my sister in law he is about 5 years old. He is so sweet, he loves to talk and dance. I thought it was best to join some sort of forum and educate myself on the care of Gizmo.
