Hi from New Hampshire!

Its been about a decade since I've owned birds (I'm 30 now) and I am about to get back into it. I recently bought my own home and now have both the time and space to devote to a pet bird. My experience in birds have been with Parakeets, Cockatiels and a Ring-Necked Turtle Dove which I nursed back to health.

Welcome to the forums 
previous experience is always good when keeping birds but a lot of advice has changed in the past 14 years I've been keeping birds so be sure to do fresh research on whatever species you are interested in keeping
