Hi from the UK!!

Postby cherswansea2001 » Sun Sep 15, 2013 7:44 am

Hi' I'm Donna, I have just got a Senegal parrot called Charlie, and a yellow sided green cheek conure called Paddy (my husbands idea lol). I had a Goffins Cockatoo called Tango, when I was a teenager, but had to rehome him cos he was getting too much when I started having my kids (3 boys age 11, 9 and 6). I also have 2 dogs (a toy poodle called Bobby and a pugalier called Dixie), a cat called Alice and 2 guinea pigs called Casey and Shannon. So u can see we have something of a full house here lol. Looking forward to getting to know u all and having many years of fun with my new feathered family members, both of which have settled in nicely (although, Paddy is a bit bitey at the moment, we are working on him). I really miss Tango and sometimes wish I hadn't got rid of him, he would be 16 now and I'd love to see him again, although no way of tracking him down :(
Anyway, that's enough for now lol x

Sweet! Welcome to the forum! Which do you like better, your Senegal or conure? I'm thinking of getting one of those later on but can't make up my mind! :)

At the moment, the conjure is a little nippy and doesn't seem to like tickles. We r working on it.

Ohh okay thanks! I'm thinking I may get a Senegal in the future, they seem like great birds! :)
