hi iam a new african grey owner she is 14 weeks old hand reared very timed but apart from her parrot mix she will only eat apple slices i have tryed all different things but she wont eat them any ideas

Cook whole grains and mix them with veggies like corn, peas, diced carrots, etc. But, most of all, keep on insisting because if she continues to eat only seeds, she will damage her liver and kidneys.
