Hello, i'm new to this forum and i have a senegal parrot named George. I have always wanted to join a forum. i see so many dog forums and i have a bird, so i decided to join a bird forum. so just really tell me what you guys do on this forum and talk about.

so do i just talk about my parrot and what he does daily?

You can post thing about him in parrot tales, and can ask questions in the appropriate forum, for example, if you had questions about his diet, you would post in health, nutrition, and diet, and so on. If you are confused about where to post things you can try looking through the forums and seeing what kind of things are posted in each one.

Yes you can, and you can post pictures of him as well !
Also, as Pionus said, there are many sub-forums for questions, trick training, nutrition etc and so on. Have a look around!

Well really, George is a bit of a screamer. when i get home from work, he'll start screaming my name and gets all puffy. but as soon as i approach him, he'll get quiet. he loves getting petted on the back of his neck and on the belly. he knows a very broad selection of words. he'll call my name endlessly until i come. when i finally do come he'll either say treat or hi, then go to sleep. he just likes to piss me off. but he is very affectionate and he purrs. most of the time he's on my shoulder. i trained him to tell me when he has to go to the bathroom he'll say "POTTY!" so i don't get a surprise on my shoulder. he is also 17.

LOL - I don't think yours is crazy, I think he's pretty smart. I have two, a male which lives in the birdroom and a female which lives in the human areas (I also had two more females which died)
