Hi everyone,

Just found this site and look forward to learning more about these cool animals. My four year old daughter wanted a pet and decided upon a pair of parakeets. She loves them dearly and the smile on her face when meeting new friends was priceless.

Good luck with the parakeets. A pair of Budgies was the beginning of my bird companionship a little over 50 years ago. I still stop to watch them whenever I am in a pet store
