Hello everyone names Max first time joining a forum regarding my birds

I have 2 parakeets fairly young i suppose :danicing: :danicing: :budgie:

Not sure on the sex of them both but i believe one is male and one female i could be wrong..

Both petco birds yellow one [lemon] purchased 1-2 months ago
White/Blue today

i know the yellow one is the the "dark eyed clear" type not sure 100% but looks like

Any suggestions on what my white/bluish one would be?

Looks like a blue dilute opaline but I would need to see the back, wings and tail to determine the opaline for sure as well as whether he is a spangled. It could be a male or a female, hard to tell when they are young and so light because the cere doesn't necessarily have to be blue for males with such light coloration but all you have to do is wait and, even if it doesn't turn blue, if it doesn't turn brown during breeding season, it's a male.
