Hello we are new to the forum

[Blue&Babe'sMom]

Hello my name is Cheryl and my two amazons are Blue (he's a blue front) and Babe (she's a orange wing) they are both re-homed parrots that were not able to stay with their previous Mom and Dads.
I am awfully glad that I found them and they have come to live with me and my husband Sean. Blue came to live with us first and Babe came second so they are learning to be friends. Blue's almost two years old and Babe is 18 yrs old. Blue is a rambunctious boy and just full of it...LOL! and Babe's a lade back perch potato but that is changing with her new diet and her exercise trainer Blue. Every thing I teach him he try's to teach her. He talks a lot and she doesn't talk yet, but she will if he has anything to do with it. He follows her around the cage saying, come on Babe, come Here, step up and lifts his foot up for her to step up on....they are so funny. Blue is a very fast learner, it took a few minuets to teach him to turn around and the same to put his wings high up " we call it fly like an eagle"
