I am in North Carolina, USA and I also have an African Grey Parrot, mine is 14 years of age and she is the Congo variety. Which is yours Congo or Timneh ?

Will I Don't have too much experience in Parrot's But how I know if mines is congo or timneh ?

What color is her tail feathers? If they are a red color, and her beak is all black then she is a Congo. The Timneh is smaller and darker and has a dark tail with only some red in the feathers and their upper beak is sort of reddish while the lower beak is black.

Well, actually, the upper beak of a Timneh has a bone colored stripe down the middle but the sides are black and the tail feathers are the color of wine.
