I don't know how long you've had the conure but it takes quite a number of months for a beak to become overgrown again and the only reason for it, in my personal experience and for what I have learned about this, is liver problems so can you, please, post the results of the bile acids test, CBC and chem panel done on him by the vet that said he was healthy? Because I am curious as to the values on a healthy bird that had such an overgrown beak...
