Actually, the best way is just to spend time talking to them. They are young and in a new place so they are scared and need you to reassure them that it is all ok. Take several 10 to 15 minutes sets of time and talk to them, place a couple of fingers on the side of the cage and offer them each treats while talking to them. Keep these sessions short and do as many as you can, more short session and not longer ones will give faster results. When they will come to you to get the treats, then open the door and place your hand inside the cage and offer them treats directly from your hand, without the cage bars in the way. Relax and let them come to you and don't try to rush things as you have plenty of time and if you are going to have a good relationship with them you have to let them build up their trust in you.
