My family has our first new bird family member. A Jenday named JJ! We've done lots of research both here and elsewhere prior to getting JJ. But we still have tons to learn. I have tons of questions that I will post soon. But I have a technical problem right off the bat. I tried to add a pic to our profile but it said it was too big. I tried an app to shrink it. But it still said it was too large. I'd love to add a photo. I have an iPhone 4s so if anyone can help that would be great! I want everyone to see a pic of our new baby! Well hello!! About the picture, I had a hard time, too. I edited it on Paint (I know, prehistoric software) but it worked for me, just reduce the size until it's under 6,8kb!

I'm also new, but I hope it helped!

The photo instructions don't make it clear that the size limits are for the file, not the print size. Michael has been helping people who are REALLY stuck, by having them e-mail the picture to him so he can re-size it.

I cant remember what I used to resize pics for this forum. Image optimizer I think. If you google for free ones you can do them online if you don't want to install anything on your computer.
