Cool! I love your hermit crabs! I always wanted one when I was younger, they used to have them at a little kiosk in the mall. There were so many of them in this tiny container, I just wanted to take them home and save them. I never thought of having them now that I'm older. Your set-up looks great!

Do you have any pictures of your fiance's tegu? You're so lucky to have somebody in your life that shares your love for exotic animals. I was 'allowed' to have a bird if I promised I would stop looking at getting any kind of reptile :( . My husband was afraid of birds so it was a big compromise for Mojo to come into our lives. He likes him now though. So now that I was right about him liking the bird I may have some negotiation power in getting a reptile down the road ;) .

My husband is against reptiles too, start out small. I started with a baby leopard gecko!
