Why are my breeding couple squabbling?

I've had a pair of African Greys (Congo) for a little over a year now. They've bred several times and have been regular producers. However, my female hasn't produced any eggs for about 4 months now and the male is starting to pick fights with her. He is always the aggressor. The fights aren't what I would call BAD, but I'm concerned with this change in behaviors.

What could be the reason? They've always gotten along very well. I have their nesting box ready and waiting, but the female rarely goes into it and is preferring to stay out in the rest of the cage where the male is.

Where do you live? I live in the northern hemisphere and breeding season is over here.

It's also not breeding season in the Southern Hemisphere because birds are only now beginning to grow their gonads so your problem is not the birds, my dear, it's your husbandry. You need to do more research and learn about their physiology and nutritional needs because your hen also sounds depleted.
