Amazon may be sick

I have a 27 year old blue fronted amazon. Always out of the cage when I am home. This morning I realized there was not the usual amount of poop on the floor. He is eating but out of cage 2 hours this morning and no poop. Concerned. Have a appointment tomorrow at 3:30 with his vet. She is not in today. Any suggestions.

Nothing else but to take the bird to the vet asap and offer food easy to eat and that he loves (bread usually works for mine). Please let us know how he does. I know we are strangers and you don't really owe us an update but, in case like this, we worry until we hear back and, sometimes, people never post again which keeps us thinking about the poor bird...
