No, Liz, as much as you love them and they might learn to trust you, you are not part of their flock - and I doubt they are a flock, yet. It's way too soon (I hope you are not putting them all together without quarantine). One needs to be ever vigilant not to read birds behaviors through the pink glass of what we want to see... it's a dangerous thing to do as we make way too many mistakes.
Please let us know what the vet says about the tiel with seizures, what tests were done and what were the results. This is going to cost you a pretty penny (I calculate around $500) so kudos to you for taking in such an expensive and high maintenance bird!
