May I suggest that you hold off a little while longer before you start any actual training routines with either of your birds? In most cases, I would advise holding off of training for at least a month to give the birds the opportunity to acclimate to their new environment and new owner as well. This period is normally referred to as the honeymoon phase as the birds are scared and on their best behavior, then as they begin to acclimate and relax their true personality begins to surface. Your birds were only half way through this period and then subjected to a very traumatic experience and that may have caused some regression and they just may need a little extra time due to this experience.

Actually, there is no pre-determined period of time for how long the honeymoon period will last. Everybirdy is different but, if I had to generalize, I would say that one month is too short...

That is very true and is why I say and said that I normally recommend to hold off of the training for at LEAST a month. You always have to watch the bird and go by what it is comfortable with.

guys, i am gonna type a real quick reply cuz i have to leave real soon so sorry for any mistakes.
pedmois actually back to normal. my vet told me he has a poor eyesight so he relies on sound for bonds. he told me pedmo already thinks i am his mate and snuggles and gets comfy on my hands. he is actually scared from front of my hand but is fine with back. he told me that if i change my way of talking with him,he might think i am a totally different person. so he told me to continue my traing routine with him. also he told me the shop i got them from was on a busy road so they might be startled by many horns and noises at night so they may think that it was another of that noise.
chillli however is still recovering and becoing more of himself everyday. he tried to feed my hand millet , sang to me and told me that i am a fluffball(learned that fom me).however i am going to wait 4 as long as i have to before start training him again.
And thanks for the concern guys. i am sure thay are gonna make out of this as my brave babies.

Hmmm, I don't know... budgies are actually quite smart when it comes to mistaking humans for mates (especially the ones from petstores that are all parent-raised)) and I've never heard of a single one that tries to feed a human although they do regurgitate for toys when overly-hormonal.

Chilli is not hand raised nor hand tamed. There is only one pet shop in our city and it is quiet famous for abusing and mis-handling their birds. the bigger birds had to suffer from mental issues and were sent back. now it has only smaller birds and they too are mistreated. Even some people consider them as decorations and put about 20 budgies in a cage so small that they cant even stretch their wings without disturbing others. also i have never heard of a tame budgie or other parrots in my area. i live in a quiet backward city, you see. The reason maybe that chilli is only about 6 months old, my vet told me.
here is a pic of him

But whatever the reason i love my babies and dont really care.

Well, to be honest I don't know either, if he is regurgitating for you and hasn't bonded to you. I do have a pair of budgies but am quite new to them and am trying to learn more about them as well as the others that I have.

Well, actually, I don't know why your vet said that because the fact that he is 6 months old has nothing to do with it. If he continues to regurgitate, I would have a choanal swab done because there might be something wrong there...
