sunconure behaviour

I have come to own a sun conure that is approximately 5 yrs old. she has a few specific behaviours that I am unsure of. the meaning of. she is a sweet and gentle girl who gives such gentle kisses most of the time , whether asked for or not.
sometimes she will take a finger tip gently in her beak and shake it quickly...what does that mean? also she sometimes holds her head sideways and bobs sideways. what does that mean ? I have a variety of birds and her behaviours, while entertaining, are also cutely befuddling.

I have no idea! But it doesn't really mean anything... parrots are all individuals and they all have their little quirks which is what these two things sound to me. But, maybe if you show us a video of her doing them we would be able to figure them out.
