No, it's never normal for a bird to fall off a perch unless the bird is clipped. But, even then, their toes lock when they are asleep so they never fall off. Have any of these birds seen an avian vet? Because, I don't want to scare you but the macaw is weaning and this is the age when they start showing symptoms of disease...
You have three very young birds there (meaning, they have not become sexually mature adults) and two of species that are quite needy so I hope that you have many free hours during the day for the next 30 years or so because you are going to need them.
