Hi from Australia :)

Postby Hevatitis » Sat Mar 12, 2016 8:27 pm

Hey everyone :)

My name is Hev and I'm from a little town in NSW, Australia. I am the proud owner of a 5 month old Little Corella name Kratos (pronounced: Kray toss)

I have owned a few cockatoos in the past and love their personalities! Even though they are a little tougher than other parrots, I just think they are amazing! In saying that though, all parrots are awesome :)

I look forward to getting to know you all and learning more about our feathered friends. Here is a photo of Kratos getting some scratches

Hi and welcome to the forum. I don't really know much about cockatoos in general and even less about little corellas although I do a lot of research. I am looking forward to more about you and your friend Kratos.

Hi Hevatitis and Kratos! Welcome to the forum. Correlas are such amazing intelligent birds and in general absolute cuties... The only short bills I have met were very cheeky ( I have a tendancy to always get bit by short-bills  ...) but they were just lovely, and it is amazing to see them interact with people!
This is such a georgious picture! We look foward to getting to know you and Kratos! :D

Hev, Kratos is a beauty. I can see the love between you two.
You have an advantage of her being young and wanting to bond with you and learn from you. You have the disadvantage of her being young in that you have to teach her everything from what and how to eat and even how to play with a new toy.
You have such adventure ahead of you.

Welcome to the forum (neighborhood). I am your "nosy neighbor" and want to know every thing about the two of you.

Hi guys :) Thank you for the lovely welcome! Kratos is my first Little Corella, in the past I've had experience with Galahs and a Sulphur who I unfortunately lost to a relationship break up a few years ago. I just love the big personalities of the L Corellas! Kratos is such a sweetheart and so far has been very good with being introduced to new foods and toys - which is a blessing :)

I really look forward to getting to know you all better :)
