There is a sure way to make him stop. All you have to do is keep him company all the time, put him on a strict solar schedule, feed him a fresh food diet and establish a steady daily schedule for him (the steady schedule makes them feel 'in control' and reduces anxiety). Once he realizes that he is not going to be alone and is not hormonal, he won't scream. One of the female senegals I had was given up to me (I had a rescue) because she screamed all the time and the lady who owned her was afraid of getting evicted due to neighbors complaints but she stopped screaming in about two or three weeks after she came to me. After 3 years of been with me, her previous owner (who had always kept in touch, sent donations periodically, and even came to visit her) moved to another apartment and asked me to give her back to her -which I did although I was not happy about it- but, 48 hours after she got her, she called me back saying she was back to screaming so, as you can see, it can be corrected, it's all a matter of keeping them happy.
