Hi from Australia!

Postby mmeager » Thu Nov 24, 2016 3:10 am

:irn: A very big hello to all here! I am not exactly new here, but have been away for some time.
I am extremely proud to introduce everyone to "Zoltin" our beautiful new baby boy! Who has brought so much joy to our lives. We named him Zoltin, because its basic meaning is "life".
He is 3 months old, has only been with us for 1 month now, and has been DNA tested as male.
I am so excited to share our journey together with all here, as well as share in the journey with all of your beautiful feathered friends as well.
This forum has been not only an amazing place of information and help to me in the past, but also a place that has given so much support in times of need, and I am certain that I will call upon your help once again!!!

Even the dirty tricks make me laugh. Of course I have to wait until I get away from them. If I laughed then they would think I approved.

Mine also steal from each other. I have their cages together and feed them on top of their own cages. The only place I have room for those big cages is in the dining room which is in the center of the house. I can see what they are doing most of the time. Stealing has become an art form. I give them both the same foods. Rainbow and Myrtle have their favorite foods and the stealing happens with the foods they really don't want.

Thank you pajarita!

Liz, yes they are hilarious! once again I'm laughing my head off!
Zoltin has this thing where he gets all his toys and anything else he can find, and throws them off the table onto the floor, he seems to take a great deal of pleasure in this! Especially if I pick them all up for him so he can do it all over again. Just like a 2yr old human baby does! Love it!!!!!!

That is so normal. I think they do it to make sounds that they cannot.

Welcome back. Sunny throws everything on to the floor too. He also dumps out any bowl he can find. I have to protect my glass of water he is obsessed with getting to it to dump it over.

Lol! They are all so cheeky!!!!
Zoltin thinks that anything I have is his as well, If I sit down with a cup of coffee, Zoltin has one thing on his mind, and that's to get my cup of coffee! Of course he is not allowed any, and he knows it, I nearly cant have a coffee if he is around, unless I'm prepared for a battle! But he got me back for not sharing, in a lax moment I put my coffee down, he was busy with something else. But it took him all of 5 seconds to grab one of his toys, march over to my coffee, and throw his toy into it, he was delighted! I wasn't so impressed! But his cheekiness did make me laugh!!

I figured that Zoltin cant go outside to be in the trees, so I brought some of outside in to him!
