I feel the same way, Michael. Peewee is still in his own old cage (which is suppose to go back to his previous owner), and it has a playtop. But we don't really use it. Peewee is either sitting on her playstand next to the sofa, or she is interacting with one of us.
We do intend to buy one of those java trees. We love the jungle look

Since a couple of you asked me abouy my aviary I though I'd post some pictures.

This is my big aviary. Here all my birds live thoughout the year.


When I breed them I place them apart from the rest. This enables me to keep track of what couple is nesting and how often. Also helps this from keeping the younger birds from breeding to early or mating with relatives.

This is one of my ´breeding aviaries´. I have three more smaller ones inside the garage. In this one theres room for two couples.
