^^^ Yes, maybe it is genuine and it's a lesson to all would-be parrot owners that it's not a good idea, however tempting, to buy or sell unweaned babies.

What they said was the cause was the bedding. we used the wood shaving stuff the vet and the breeder said to use. since they were so young it was eating it. and they cant digest it. munchie thank goodness is fine no problems. but mom's i guess was eatting his bedding. and yes before anyone thinks i wasnt feeding them enough. trust me. they are both well fed. the vet said its just in their nature to knawl on anything and everything as a hatchling

^^^ it must have been awful for her. If you do decide to get a replacement, opt for a baby that is already weaned; anyone could have made the mistake you did (especially as the breeder and vet said it was OK!) but it simply wouldn't have happened had the baby already gone through weaning.

i agree. dont know if she is going to want another. she attached real quick and then for it to be gone even quicker. i dont know. but yeah if she does want another then its gonna be weened and ready to go.
