just an introduction by myself to say hello, i have a 14week old African Grey called jojo he has a deformed leg but that doesnt stop him from doing anything except using his foot for holding food, he climbs everywhere and his confidence is growing every day.
jojo is great fun and trying many different sounds although the screaming is hurting my ears a little but i do have a cold lol. he has become a much loved family pet, the kids love him the dogs love eating the food he drops and although we thought the cat was going to be a problem, she hasn't paid any attention to jojo so we are very happy.
we are starting to train him and he is responding very well but i would love anyone to give me your tips and tricks on training and keeping jojo entertained

Welcome! There are lots of African Grey owners who can help you out and tonnes of advice to get and give.
I love the African Grey and considered getting one myself, but ultimately choose the Hahns Macaw.

Clicker training, I have been working with my birds for just a short time and they are doing great, give it a try, Lots of books and info out there on the subject.
