Liz,

Since I might leave Singapore, I decided on having only local birds. In which case they can go back to where they belong to should I have to go. I cannot think of them in cages after being with me.
Sadly that will be the case for the vast majority of them. I hope my reports in the meantime will go to help them live a better life with their caregivers.

That has to be one of the scariest things to see. I hope Oberon is doing better today. I also hope your ghost cat has learned a lesson.

I am lucky that my cats accepted the birds as part of the family. I do have to protect my tiels from my daughter's cats though.
