I am Josie West and this is my first forum to join. I find all information about parrots interesting and feel that some of the greatest teachers are the parrots themselves. I am blessed to have such a wonderful flock.

Welcome! :D

The Capt has Jake, is there one special bird for you in your huge flock?

Thank you all for the welcome :)

Richard has MUCH to say about the wonderful people he has the occasion to converse with here.
Roger: I am NEVER sure if Richard has Jake or just the opposite she sure has him pegged and uses it shamefully.

I have Anastasia (Stacie) she is quite the character and laughs at Richard when Jake allows him to pay any attention to anything or anyone but her. I fall in love every single day and don't know how I lived so long without being part of the flock. As I pass each cage in feeding watering and cleaning I am greeted and sometimes chastised in my efforts, I an blessed.

So, how do you deal with having 40+ birds? How do you manage to feed and clean up after all of them daily? Do they each get their own individual blocks of attention or play time?
