parrot that bites

Hi my names Carol and I have just joined . I have a jardine parrot that bites when he is on you, he steps up on my husband hand and will sit on his shoulder talking to him and as soon as he is near his hand he bites, and then says bo-bo good boy!!!, can any one give us any tips on stopping the biting
