Gulf Coast Avian Association

Postby gulfcoastavian » Wed May 04, 2011 10:30 pm

Hi from the gulf coast. My name is Robbin and I am the founder and director of the Gulf Coast Avian Association. (GCAA) We are a non profit, educational organization that specializes in Bird behavior and proper care. We provide rehab and behavior training to rescues in Alabama and Florida to help increase adoption. We also provide education to all who are intersted and even asist in some adoptions pending an adoption exam. I have birds of my own and still get people who can no longer provide fro thiers and would like a good home. My door is always open to birds in need of a good home. some times we end up keeping them and most of the time we make sure they are in good homes with people who know how to care for them.

If any one has any questions or need any tips or any thing. please feel free to let me know. You can get all of our contact info on our website. www.gulfcoastavian.com :gray: :greycockatiel: :gcc:

Welcome to the forum! I have a rescued Green Cheek Conure and I couldn't love him more even if I tried.

Keep up the good work you're doing!

Welcome Robbin!!

Thank you for all the hard work and education your provide - I wish people would take advantage of education programs such as yours prior to being owned by avians :)
