Why can't I post pics?

I tried to attach pics to my post yesterday, and despite resizing to meet pixel requirements, I kept getting "Forum Quota reached". Since then, someone else posted pics, but I still keep getting the same message. Can someone tell me why?

Not your fault. The forum reached its original quota for image attachments and I didn't realize this. I went back and expanded the limit so this should no longer be a problem. However, the best way for posting images is by putting them online on a blog, website, or photos share service like flickr or photobucket and posting the URL of the image inside of (img) tags. The best size for posting images on this forum is 575px across by whatever vertical. That way they use the maximum available width of the page without getting cut off.
