Ho can I post pics

I was wondering on how I can post a profile pic of me, my budgie and my cockatiel.

Howdy,
Go into your User Control Panel (slect from teh menu bar at the top of your screen)
Click on the Profile tab
Click on Edit Avatar and you will see where to load your picture. Note the size restrictions though!
