hello! so today i just bought an afircan grey congo parrot...... it came in the carrier and when it put it down it like got ourside well more liek on top of the carrier. i put food on there but it wont eat it, my budgies are like on top of the carrier too but the COG wants to bite it or soemthign O_o i need help :/ i am trying to have the first lesson of target training but it is scared of the chopstick :/ any tips and help DX

You CAG shoul stay away from the budgies and he can kill them easily. Give him time to adjust, he needs to get used to his environment. Did you have a baby shipped?

i bought him from the petsoter :/ he is 1 years and 1 month 2 month old exacally and before i bought him i was like aroudn him and i talked etc wtih him but it wasnt vise versa XD

Read as much as you can on them online from different articles. Also, you probably paid about double the price for a healthy, young baby from a breeder because pet stores are ridiculously overpriced.

You need to do a LOT of research from reading different sites on the internet. Look for an African Grey forum that is specific to the species.

it said on the window that it was $1488 and i was like O_o but alot of sites said it was around $1000 so i talked wtih them and my parents so in the end it was around $1200 including food and toys etc, also i have researched like a billion pages on CAGs, oooh and btw just right now he letted me pet his head and scrach his head etc :D and i think my research skills are pretty good since im going to a specialized hs like top 3 or soemthing school in nyc :)
