Also, wanted to add that this forum is by no means any sort of substitution for an in-person veterinary check up. It is improbable, and actually impossible for any of us to diagnose any patient correctly through photos and owner testimony only. In California, it is actually illegal to do so. Looking at the bird in person is absolutely required.
As mentioned in my last post, once symptoms start showing, it is absolutely vital to get the bird to a veterinarian as the issue, if not acute, is at a developed stage.
In other words, the previous poster is correct: don't wait, and go see a vet. We can't help you. Unless what you're looking for is moral support.
