and what better than one for parrots.

My name is Leanne, from Auckland, New Zealand.

We got our first MBConure for my son, sadly or maroonie Sheldon (Big Bang Theory fans) died just before reaching 1 yr, heartbreaking, nursed him for 10 days, visits to the best Avian Vet in NZ didn't help either, we were shattered.

We have the best NZ breeder, she has over 200 parrots and she offered to replace our wee guy, no money involved, then when we got there, she asked us to take the previous nest mate as well, they were like siamese twins, we were so excited, helped seeing 2 instead of 1 and they are terrific, Rambo and Gidget.

I have a soft spot for her Sun Conure Gizmo, she recently got hurt, we have been talking daily to see how she is going, trust jan, she is now offering to handraise the first baby from Gizmo for us, I can not say no, I want to steal Gizmo, she is so sweat.

We have an oldish Cockatiel and just inherited my Mum's gold opal roller canary, he's not quite 1 yr old and sings his wee heart out, everyone else joins in, lol.
