Hey everyone my name is Krystal and I am from Michigan. I will be getting a Sun Conure he/she is being weaned now so I'm hoping within the next week or two I will be able to bring my lil one home I am super excited!!
We are picking between the names Uno, Rio or Coco waiting on the hubby to pick what name he likes better lol I told him he gets to name the little one =)

Welcome to the forum. Will this be your first birdie baby? Don't be in a hurry for him to be weaned. Even after the breeder says he is weaned you should give him formula at home to give him comfort after leaving everything he knows. It will be rough on him to see, hear and smell new things as well as new people.

Yes this will be my first I have been wanting a sun conure for years just never felt I was ready for one until now =) I talked to the breeder about giving him one comfort feeding daily once we do get him home. I am keeping my fingers crossed on getting him within the next week or two I know its no good to want to rush him getting weaned Im just so excited to get him home lol I told the breeder I want him to be healthy and happy once I do get him home so to take all the time she needs with him =)

Suns are great animals. Mine is very gentle, and never nips or bites. I am sure you will have many years with your new friend!
