I guess someone couldn't stand the blow to masculinity.

Hm. Best for both of you to end the relationship. I can't stand it when people try to tease my birds through the cage or when they try to make them fly by suddenly dropping their arms. Drives me nuts and I won't allow it.

Dorp - You are a self centered person. You should never be aloud near an animal. And heaven help any human kid that crosses your path.

Me thinks dorp was a troll, who just manufactured a story that would do the best job of getting people here upset.
Trolls enjoy pulling this practical joke on Internet fora.

I apologize to dorp if I'm wrong, but it was all just too perfect and too inflammatory.

I was outnumbered.

Pretty much. I am the top predator and no one will ever make me question that again! *flexes*

haha really? I hit both taboo behaviors back to back. It was a terrible thing for me to stand next to a caged wild animal for over 5 seconds and to encourage a bird to.. fly. For this I am sorry.

At first it was hard to balance flaming and keeping my thread interesting enough to not be deleted. So that's why the tune changes a little near the end. Entirely a non-fictional story though.

The only stupid animal I see here has a username that begins with D and rhymes with zorp. First of all, you have no experience with having parrots as pets and yet you are openly trashing them by insulting their level of intelligence. Also, you say they feel no emotions and animals do not feel emotions as a whole. Hmmm... I am starting to think you were raised in a household devoid of even insects as you obviously ever experienced the love of any animal.
Oh yeah,
"I was outnumbered."

No DUH! YOU ARE POSTING ON A FRICKEN' FORUM ABOUT PARROTS! 99% OF THE PEOPLE ON THIS WEBSITE OWN A PARROT. Yet you think you can trash parrots without any negative responses.
