Hi! I'm Emma, "mum" to a 7 year old senegal called Paulie She or he is my baby and I love her to bits! I'm also real mum to 4 little boys and 4 guinea pigs. I'm 26 and a stay at home mum while Dad earns the pennies. I've jpined this forum to try and learn more about senegals and to see if you guys can tell me what sex he/she is! I think it's a boy, hubby thinks girl!

Welcome to the forum! Your bird is so cute. It seems like senegals are really popular on this forum, so you should have plenty of people to chat with about your bird! About his/her gender... senegals aren't sexually dimorphic (meaning boys and girls look the same, unlike some species - such as budgies - where there are physical differences between the genders). I think the only way to know for sure is to do a DNA test.
