Hello,i am new here and will get a bird in afew months

so I will use this site for you guys to answere what bird is best for me!

Get the biggest Mackaw or Yellow Naped Amazon you can find.

hello new bird owner here my wife and I spent months looking up different birds and if they were good in apartments. We ended up falling in love with Luna our new Quaker parrot. She is not loud at all and I do recommend you purchase a hand fed baby from a breeder. They have a decent size and overall are lovable it all depends on your personal preference yet they do need attention. We have had Luna 2 days and she already chirps when were walking out the door to leave and gets excited when we get home. Goodluck!
