I had this problem with my bird. She never does this anymore after I did these things:
Don't pet anywhere but the head. Don't hold around the body, don't pet under the wing or anything. And what ever you do, do not touch or stroke anywhere near their bottoms, this means do not touch tail feathers either! Only the head!
My bird would often turn around and stick her but up towards me when I would approach her. If your bird displays mating behaviour as you walk towards them, walk away, don't pay any attention. At the same time, do not tell the bird that what they're doing is bad, just act completely disinterested.
If the bird is displaying mating behaviour while you are in the room, do not look at them. Similarly, if they decided to do this on you, take them off of you.
The point is, you want to give the bird as many signals as possible that you are not interested, and you have to be consistent.
To address the other problem, I would not allow the birds to be out together. They should have separate out of cage time. Your bird could do some serious harm to the other bird. Your bird is probably being quite aggressive toward your friend's bird because it thinks it's trying to protect you, and it's even more aggressive because it thinks your it's mate.
Hope I could help!
