New Parrot!, need species identification

I thought parrotlet too but then deleted my post after googling them as they dont seem to have the featherless patch around the eye the one in these pics does?

Yes, I got him (or her) to step up, still uses beak to climb up, any advice? I really think its a Tovi parakeet (orange-chinned parakeet).

Some sort of brotogeris---your guess at the orange-chinned (tovi) parakeet b. jugularis seems right to me.

Yeah, and if I look under the beak he has a few orange feathers.
