Caique mom in MI

Hello everyone! just wanted to introduce myself and my BH caique Spock. We live in MI with one other human, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 3 snakes and 1 tarantula.
Spock is my first parrot. My husband and I thought about getting a parrot for about a year before we got Spocky. We decided on a caique after meeting a friend's WB caique. Spock comes from an amazing aviary in Georgia and, from what I've been told, is one of the most well adjusted parrots around! He travels with us and loves meeting new people, loves riding in the car and generally making a nuisance out of himself. As I type this he is "hair surfing" wildly. Anyway, I'm glad to find this forum!

Love your picture !!!! Spock is a perfect name. I have 2 Blk hd caiques .They are the monsters of the house .[Great family pets] :D
