hi ya all,

i just had my fist parrotlet hutch it is 14 days old and it has red eyes are they all born with red eyes do they turn black afther so long ..............?

This person has a blog and seems to know a LOT about baby parrotlets. You could also contact any other breeder and ask them as they would have experience with newborns.
