Hey parrot owners ! I have two budgies named Yoshi and Cocoa. Want to hear a bit about them? Well.....Yoshi is my first bird. He's green with black spotted wings and a round yellow face. He has a pretty blue tail. I got him from a petstore and he was very easy to train. He learned to "step up" on his 2nd day home. He loves to play in the sink and his favorite toys are twigs! He's recently learned to try new foods and he looooves watermelon.
I got Cocoa about a month after Yoshi. She was very difficult to tame. She learned to 'step up' in about a week. Now when I put my hand in the cage to get her, she jumps on! She's a very fluffy greyish yellowish bird. She has grey stripes along her back and a grey tail. Unlike Yoshi, she HATES water. She doesn't really like any toys but I did catch her ringing a bell once! Other than that, I've never seen her play like Yoshi. She mostly just wants to perch on my shoulder all day.
