Hello everyone, my name's Dylan and I just got my first African Grey. I was hoping someone could fill me in on some info on them; maybe some tips and good habbits to get them into. Also maybe some good types of food as well as excersise. Any tips would be extremely helpful! Also any ideas or suggestions for parrots I'd be all ears I'm very interested and excited. Thank you!

I socialize my parrots with everyone so that they will not have a tendency to like just a certain gender or a certain person. There are so many things to learn about this breed.
