Blue crowned conures are great birds - congratulations!!

Its wonderful to hear that you have a pair of birds of the same species, rather than just one, and that they are both flighted, and that they seem to like each other. In my opinion this really is an ideal situation, even though the fact that they are biting you may be discouraging at the moment. Blue-crowns are friendly birds at heart, so don't worry - once theyre getting treats from your hand they'll see you as their buddy, and the biting will fade away over time.

There's a lot of great information on this website, both the blog and the forum, on how to clicker train and target train. I would suggest reading through as many entries of both the forum and the blog as possible to get a sense of where you're starting from, and let the forum know what challenges you're facing. Also do as much research as possible on the internet, and check out some of many parrot books out there for basic background on bird behavior.
