I am new to the forum and getting back into having a parrot as a pet. It has been 3 years since I owned a parrot and I miss it a lot. I previously owned 2 black headed caiques and a white cap pionus before I went overseas and then overseas I had a male eclectus.
Were back in the states for good now and we are looking for a small to medium parrot that is on the quieter side and will be good for my family. Anybody have some suggestions on a parrot that fits that?

All of them are alive. I gave them to good homes before I went overseas. When we came back from overseas we moved to Minnesota and thought it best to leave the birds with there current homes. They live in North Carolina.

my 
is pretty quiet and very friendly with everyone. they are alot of fun and a huge personality in a small bird. i don't want to be harsh but i hope this time it's a lifetime commitment.
